Why Most Portable Davit Cranes Aren’t Really “Portable”

Many of the small Davit Cranes can weigh over 150 lbs., have many pinch points, and need a bucket of tools to assemble, not so portable!

Because of the weight and assembly issues of these cranes most wastewater treatment plants and other industry’s buy multiple cranes to service one lift, the davit usually sits in one place for its life and is used during service or maintenance schedules, there is another way.

Introducing the Compozite Davit Crane by Oz Lifting Products, lightweight , 40% lighter than steel , no tools required and comes complete with a drill drive adapter for a faster lifting option. When broken down the two pieces of crane weigh approximately 40 lbs each.

Also, also by nature the composite material does not rust and the metal parts are all zinc plated for corrosion resistance.

A customer from Trinidad recently sent me some pictures of how he is using the Composite Davit Crane, he has ordered 6 bases for the one crane , he said he saved himself a lot of money because of the true portability of this crane.
